I grew up in Hancock, Minnesota and graduated from Hancock Public School in 1999. I then attended Minnesota State University Moorhead and graduated with an Elementary and Pre-Primary degree in 2003. My husband’s name is Michael Deutsch, and I have two children; Kelsey and Koy. My family also has a dog named Champ. I have been teaching second grade at Ellsworth Public School for the past twelve years. I currently coach junior high volleyball but have coached varsity volleyball and JV basketball as well. In my spare time I enjoy; playing, coaching and watching any sports event, being outside, and hanging out with my kids. I became a teacher because I enjoy working with young children and helping them discover and learn new things every day.
