Defensive Driving Class

A Defensive Driving Renewal Class for those 55 and older  is being offered on May 8, 2008, from 4-8 p.m., in the Ellsworth High School Library.  Here's your chance to renew in order to qualify for a vehicle insurance discount.

To be able to attend this class you must have completed a day long class offered in Luverne.

Pre-registration cost: $13.00

Register at the door cost:  $18.00

You need to provide your driver's license number at the time of registration.

Make check payable to Ellsworth Public School.

Deadline to register is May 1, 2008.

A minimum of 20 people must be signed up in order for this class to be offered.

Dance Lessons

       Glen Hassebroek is once again offering dance lessons.  Come and enjoy some fun in the high school gym.  It will be a great learning experience, and a fun way to loose the "winter blues".

Some moves like the 2 & 3 step, waltz, stationary cha-cha, and line dancing will be practiced, just to name a few.  No partner is needed and come as often as you can.

If you have Tuesday evenings free, 6 sessions from April 1 to May 6 from 7-9 PM will be offered in the Ellsworth High School gym.  Cost is $5.00.
